Does/can ezpass target motorcycle violators?
I was reading this thing about this guy whos been blowing speed traps in monkey mask, and claiming he wasnt the driver of the vehicle.
It got me thinking about the ezpass system and how it photographs license plates, and then bills the owner of the vehicle.
Can they do that if they dont have a picture of the driver, for say motorcycleists who are wearing a helmet, or driver of cars who otherwise are undistinguishable as to who thay are?

To some extent, it depends on the bike.
I have on many occasions ridden Ontario’s electronically-controlled highway 407 on my Ultra Classic. Because I’m not from Ontario and don’t carry a transponder, I am supposed to receive an invoice by mail. I have, however, never received any invoices and I suspect that this is because the cameras that read license plates are placed at such a steep angle that my plate remains hidden from them by the standard Tour Pack.
As far as speed traps or red light cameras are concerned, Quebec has avoided any issues of having to identify the driver by issuing the fine to the registered owner of the car. You have to pay the fine, but get no points on your driver’s license.
