There seems to be a few items of unhappy feedback out there but as a business owner myself I know that these details dont always tell the complete story. After I talked with one of the people there he was frank enough to let me know that they dont respond to these comments because their company owner is concious that replying in any way could be misconstrewed as sour grapes or defensive. But they also are aware that content buyers never complain which I do agree with. What they went on to explain is that the total amount of dissatisfied feedback comes to about 0.3% of their overall yearly fulfilled customer orders. With all the information at my disposal I made my mind up that it was something that was worth seeing how they handled my order. Honestly the results where not disappointing. I ordered what I needed and I got it within the time they had updated me off in the terms and conditions of sale. Everything came complete in the box and was easily sized and fitted. All in all shopping with Bici Motorcycles was a great and honest experience and I would recommend them to anyone and have done to all my friends in biking. Give Bici Motorcycle a go.
