Parents, how would you punish your kids if?

They rode a motorcycle without the proper license? In this case, they were using a friends’ motorcycle and peeled around in the parking lot? Also they wore a helmet?

My half-sister’s boyfriend died that way because he lost control, flew off, and hit his head on those concrete things in front of parking spaces. (Idk what they’re called.
